ExtraClub for tennis is built around a community of users. Who can suggest upgrades for a tennis software solution better than tennis club managers? That is why the ExtraClub team pays attention to your needs and takes into account feedback such as comments or suggestions from users. When a suggestion is often expressed, we do our best to develop it in order to integrate it, with no extra cost, to a new version of ExtraClub for tennis.

Full compatibility with the software solution of the Tennis French Federation

ExtraClub is fully compatible with the Federal Extranet of the Tennis French Federation so you can automatically retrieve all the rankings and license numbers of your members.

How does our tennis software solution works?

ExtraClub is available in two different technical solutions:

Full Web version

In its most common version, ExtraClub is developed for the web. Our software solution is a SaaS (Software as a Service). You just need an Internet connection and a browser (such as Mozilla Firefox) to use it. This specificity allows you to use your tennis software solution at any time with any computer, from your tennis club's front desk to your home. There is no installation required so all the computers of your tennis center or club can access to it.

Local-servers version (available after estimation)

For great tennis clubs or for those who do not own a fast Internet connection, we can also provide a version of ExtraClub on a local server. If you opt for this solution, all information is stored and backed up on a server installed within your tennis club.

This version will allow the permanent employees to easily use ExtraClub. However, if you wish to open up services to members (for instance, online reservation, directory and search for partners), the quality will be affected because data will be sent via your own connection.
